American Airlines Pilot scholarship 2024-2025

American Airlines (AA) has stepped forward to diversify the aviation industry and provide opportunities for aspiring pilots. That’s why we have the Elise Eberwein American Airlines Pilot Scholarship. This scholarship is a tribute to Elise Eberwein, the retiring Executive Vice President of People and Global Engagement at American Airlines, who has been a champion for inclusivity and growth within the company.

The foundation picks the scholarship winners based on their great academic records, community work, leadership skills, and financial needs. These scholarships are for full-time, undergraduate studies at any recognized college, university, or vocational program anywhere in the world. In 2022, the Education Foundation gave over $1.2 million in scholarships to 452 students.

AA will inform the winners through email by the end of June.
