For Netflix in Turkey, you create a new Netflix account locally and fill out all the details, including your local credit card (Mastercard) and your local mobile number. Then, you sign up for a premium account but later cancel it. After a month and a few days, you can rejoin Netflix. Now, when selecting your plan, you will see the prices in your local currency. However, once you connect to a Turkey VPN and refresh the page, it should change the prices to Turkish Lira (TL).
