- A proven track record of being able to write and speak well in reports.
d. Certifying Officer (APRM)

- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Auditing, Accounting, or Commerce, plus 5 years of progressive work experience in auditing, budgeting, accounting, and financial management.
- Experience working in a certification, audit, inspection, or similar role in the public sector or similar organizations on a national, regional, or international scale is a plus.
- A professional qualification in accounting such as CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent from an acknowledged Institution will be an added advantage.
